IIMA Dubai's Women in Leadership Initiative has reached a significant milestone, celebrating its 100th graduate since the program's inception in 2019.

Program Overview

The initiative provides full and partial scholarships to women executives pursuing MBA and Executive Education programs at IIMA Dubai. It aims to increase female representation in senior business leadership across the Middle East.

    The milestone was celebrated at a gala dinner attended by current students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners. Guest of honor was H.E. Dr. Maitha Al Shamsi, UAE Minister of State.

    "Our goal is to reach 500 women leaders by 2030," announced Dean Professor Rajesh Kumar. "We are expanding partnerships with corporations to create more scholarship opportunities."
